Listing Description excerpt:
"Including No 1 Surrey Street. Early 19th century (2 houses). Flint cobbles, with rendered brick dressings. Hipped roof with black-glazed pantiles. Paired brackets to overhanging eaves. Two storeys and attic...Left hand doorcase with fluted pilasters and Doric entablature with cornice, moulded panelled door and rectangular fanlight with four-centred arch headed lights. One flat-roofed dormer with sash."
