Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Stuccoed. Slate hipped roof. Paired brackets to eaves soffit. Corner building with rounded corner. Three storeys. Church Street elevation two windows, sashes with glazing bars, first floor right bay window with curved sides and cornice. Brook Street elevation three windows, sashes with glazing bars. Both sides ground floor Victorian public house front with paired pilasters, entablature with moulded cornice, elliptical headed windows with iron grilles or panels beneath. Panelled and glazed doors with rectangular fanlights, one on corner."
