Summary

This cottage is dated 1826 and is constructed of brick with a thatched hipped roof. The front is of three bays and the buildig is a single storey high, with a central plank door.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Cottage. Dated 1826. Brick, thatched hipped roof. Front of three bays, single storey. Central plank door. Square-headed casement to either side of door under segmental arch. Central stack. Eyebrow dormer to left and right hand returns. 20th century lean-to to right."

October 2020. Minor Amendment to Listing.
The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in April 1987, this record was located at TG 30519 24923. This incorrectly placed it on Sloley Road, Worstead. It has been moved approximately 680m to the west of this point and is now located at TG 29860 25070, New Lane Cottage, New Lane, Worstead.
