Summary

This house dates to around 1840. It is made from red brick with slated roofs. It is laid out in three bays and has a two storey front pile with a contemporary wing at rear forming a T plan. The canopy porch is set on thin iron columns with Doric entablature. The building has parapetted gables and two end chimneystacks.

Ground floor has two, and first floor three, sash windows with glazing bars under flat rubbed brick arches. Canopy porch on thin iron columns with Doric entablature. Part glazed door with rectangular fanlight. Modillion wooden eaves cornice. Parapetted gables and two end chimneystacks.
