Summary

This farmhouse was constructed around 1840 and has walls of gault brick and a roof of red pantiles. It is two storeys high and is constructed in a 'U' shaped plan. There is a brick dentil cornice and a shallow hipped roof, with two chimney stacks on the return ridges.

"Farmhouse. Constructed around 1840. Walls gault brick; red pantile roof. 'U' plan, two storeys, three bays. Ground floor, two plate glass sashes under cambered rubbed brick arches. First floor, three windows. Five-sided porch, simplified Doric piers and entablature. Two sashes on angles with glazing bars, half glazed door."
