Listing Description Excerpt:
"Barn. 17th century or earlier. Flint, brick dress. Roof - red pantiles. 3 stead. Two different builds, canted angle marks division. Flint, brick random, re-used stone to R. flint, brick to left with stone quoins. R. hipped gable, L gable brick kneelers, brick parapet, ventilation hole. Roof much rebuilt."

August 2015. Minor Amendment to Listing.
The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in May 1983, this record was located at TF 97344 40166. This incorrectly placed it at Abbey Farm, Warham Road, Binham. It has been moved approximately 750m to the east-south-east of this point and is now located at TF 98064 39977, Abbey Farm Barn, Warham Road, Binham; within the Binham Piory complex NHER 2081.
