January 1988. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Lodge. 1841 on gutter head. J.C and G. Buckler for William Howe Windham. Tudor style. Brick with stone dressings. Shingle roof. 2-cell plan. East (road) front gabled. Brick plinth. Canted bay window of 5 lights with stone mullions and transom. Stone cornice, stone-dressed parapet."
