This barn probably dates to the 17th century, although it was remodelled in the 19th century and has a 19th-century roof. The building is constructed of flint with brick dressings, and has a pantile roof. There are large 20th-century brick buttresses to the centre of the east wall, and the remainder of a wall partly obscured by vegetation has a large doorway to the northern end and slit lights.

Amended by P. Beers (HES), 1 January 2020.

At some point during either the late 20th century or early 21st century this building was converted to three residential dwellings. Obvious changes include the removal of the 20th-century brick buttresses from the east wall and the insertion of four dormer windows.
