Summary

Roseabella is a late 18th century house of brick with a pantiled roof. This two storey building has three bays and a central panelled door in a timber case, with panelling on the intrados.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"House. Late 18th century. Brick with pantiled roof. Two storeys in three bays. Central panelled door in timber case, panelled on intrados. Sloping hood over. 20th century casements to ground floor under segmental arches. Two sashes to first floor with glazing bars. Dentil eaves cornice."

November 2021. Minor Amendment to Listing.
The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in March 1982, this record was located at TG 28818 34826. This incorrectly placed it at Rose Cottage, The Hill, Trunch. It has been moved approximately 58m to the north-west of this point and is now located at TG 28769 34856, Rosebella, The Hill, Trunch.
