Listing Description Excerpt:
"Barn. Late 18th century. Brick with red pantiled roof, flint east gable. Three stead plan with central cast doors to eaves height. Brick dentil cornice. East gable flint, clunch and brick with coped parapet and brick ventilation slits."

(S2) in file shows that the brick exterior is in fact a facing over clunch. The appearance of the building might suggest a date earlier than that assigned but the details are not clear enough to be certain.
