"Early 19th century terrace with convex curved front facing sea. Yellow brick. Slate roof with bracketed eaves. Three storeys and attic. Eleven windows…First-floor later balcony with wooden balustrade, and ground floor four later large splayed bays of sashes…Segmental headed recessed doorways with segmental fanlights… "
