Summary

A late 19th century red brick and terracotta hotel designed by G.J. Skipper. The hotel has a five-storey octagonal tower with round-headed windows and other decorative details.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"1895-6 by G J Skipper. Red brick and terracotta. Steep slated roof. 3 storeys and attic. Attic to centre of each wing being 2 storey. Rear elevation is 3 storey with 7 widely spaced windows, sashes some with glazing bars one blind on 1st and 2nd floors."
