February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century or earlier house with early 19th century yellow brick front. Slated roof with coped gable ends; 2 storeys. Three windows, flat rubbed brick arches, 1st floor 2-light casements with glazing bars. Ground floor 2 French windows with glazing bars."
