Summary

This cottage dates to the 18th century. It has a whitewashed and rendered exterior. The roof is of red pantiles. It is laid out in a pair of two bays, each of one-and-a-half storeys. One door is 20th century in date the other 18th/19th century with a porch on simple consoles. A flint lean-to has been added to the southeast.

"Cottage. 18th century. Whitewash on rendering. Roof red pantiles. Pair of two bays, one-and-a-half storeys. Two-light wooden casements. One door 20th century in date, one 18th/19th century with porch on simple consoles. Dentil cornice. Two dormers under long, low pitch, with wooden casements. Flint lean-to to the southeast."
