Early 19th century gardener's house by the walled kitchen gardens of The Abbey. Red brick house with low-pitched hipped slate roof with wide bracketed eaves; 2 storeys. Three windows, 1st floor blind, ground floor sashes with glazing bars, flat brick arches. Central doorway with pilastered doorcase with cornice on brackets, panelled reveals and panelled door. Central brick chimney stack. Rear (north-west): 2 storeys; 3 windows, sashes with glazing bars, centre 1st floor blind; blocked central door.
