Summary

This former farm house has a 17th century core with an 18th century front with late 19th century details. It is built from whitewashed brick with a pantiled roof. The house features a central two-storey gable 19th century porch and a Classical style door-case. There is evidence of blocked windows at ground-floor level.

March 2001. General impression is that of an 18th century two-pile house heightened in the 19th century. No 17th century work found. Barn to north 18th century.
