Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farmhouse. Mid 18th century. Roughcast and colourwashed brick, flint and brick to rear. Thatched roof. One storey and dormer attic. Central half glazed door in timber case comprising pilasters and flat hood. One 19th century casement each side. Gabled roof with two eyebrow dormers and 20th century casements."

December 2021. Minor Amendment to Listing.
The mapped location of this record has been corrected.
When Listed in September 1987, this record was located at TG 42564 26896. This incorrectly placed it at the Dale Farm building to the east-south-east. It has been moved approximately 26m to the west-north-west of this point and is now located at TG 42538 26899, Dale Farmhouse, Stalham Road, Sea Palling.
