January 1984. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Former Rectory House dates to around 1840. It is built from gault brick with slate roofs. It is of two storeys, double pile with entrance and returned garden facades. The four bay entrance front has two ground and four first-floor sash windows with glazing bars under rubbed brick flat arches."
