Summary

An early 17th-century flint and brick house with a pantiled roof and later alterations. Inside is a massive chamfered beam and a wide fireplace.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 17th century, altered, one storey and attic, casement dormer with glazing bars. Ground floor, one casement and one sash with glazing bars and flush frames. Two entrances with near flush frames. Flint with brick dressings, part repaired. J Pantile roof. Brown brick chimneys with drip bands and capping. Interior: massive stop chamfered beam, wide fireplace with beam.
No 23 forms a group with Nos 20 and 22 [NHER 47394], and 26 and 28 [NHER 47673]."
