June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century, one storey and attic, three gabled sash dormers with glazing bars. Stucco, lined and painted, toothed eaves band. Two near flush frame sash windows with glazing bars. Porch.
Crown Hotel, Crown House and Casa Maria form a group."
