Listing Description excerpt:
"1835 FE, date and initials on stone tablet at first floor, red brick, two storeys, stucco first floor band and plinth. Pantile roof, eaves board. Two windows, at each floor, with glazing bars, and stuccoed flat arches. Six-panel door with wood case with pilasters.
Nos 52 [NHER 46674] and 56 [NHER 47400], Chadd House, No 60 and Nos 64-74 (even) [NHERs 46675 and 47660] form a group."
