Summary

An early 18th-century building, two storeys high with a dormer attic. A 19th-century wood shop front was removed at some time between 1972 and 2004.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 18th century, two storey and attic, four flush frame sash windows with glazing bars. Six-panel door with patterned fanlight, flush frame sash window, right, at ground floor, with glazing bars. 19th century shop with wood framed window and entrance left.
Nos 4 to 20 (even) [NHERs 47668, 47837, 47760, 47401, 39429 and 47402] form a group."

The 19th-century shop front recorded in 1972 was subsequently removed at sometime prior to 2004 (when the building was photographed as part of the Images of England project). It was replaced with a sash window that matches that to the right of the door.
