Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century, two storey terrace, eight sash windows now with centre bars only at first floor, rendered and painted. Rather low pitch pantiled roof, hipped to the left. Plain bracket eaves soffit.
Tinker's Hotel [NHER 47435], Ancillary building [NHER 47445], The Library [NHER 47446] and Nos 15 to 19 (odd) [NHER 47404] form a group with St Helier [NHER 47405]."
