Summary

An early 19th century two storey stuccoed brick house with a partly pantiled and part slate roof. It has a closed Doric porch with square columns at the angles and arched panels up to a cornice.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century, two storey, red brick, stuccoed lined and painted, plinth, four pilasters up to eaves cornice. Three sash windows and three sash windows on return, east, at each floor with glazing bars. Closed Doric porch with square columns at angles and arched panels up to cornice.
Tinker's Hotel [NHER 47435], Ancillary building [NHER 47445], The Library [NHER 47446] and Nos 15 to 19 (odd) [NHER 47404] form a group with St Helier [NHER 47405]."
