Summary

Formerly the home of a sea captain, this is a 17th- or early 18th-century painted stucco house set out in a T-shaped plan. Inside, a winding staircase leads up to an attic look-out.

Listing Description excerpt:
"17th or early 18th century, two storey and attic, three windows to east. T-shaped plan. Wing to west. Stuccoed and painted. Pantile roof. Entrance at angle, Doric doorcase with fluted pilasters and triglyphs. Interior: two- and six-panel doors with wrought hinges. Stair with turned balusters at landing."
