June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century. Northern portion, approximately two thirds, of former barn. Red brick with pantile roof, hipped.
Ludham House [NHER 47412] and Outbuilding [NHER 47411] and Westward House [NHER 47442] and Outbuildings [NHERs 47443 and 47762] form a group."
