Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, part of range with Nos. 44 to 48, rendered and lined, two near-flush-frame sash windows, at first floor, now with centre glazing bars only. Ground floor, wide six-panel door, now with eight-panels and massive wood frame. Plinth. Wood eaves band. Pantile roof with flint gabled end, and chimney of thin bricks."
