June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century, two storey and attic, brick, painted, first floor band, two gabled dormers, three flush frame sash windows at first floor now with centre glazing bars only. Two splay bays ground floor and central entrance with wood case.
St Elmo forms a group with Tinkers Hotel, Station Road (NHER 47435)."
