Summary

An early 18th-century painted stucco house, two storeys high with a dormer attic. The ground floor has a wooden shop front with pilasters and a separate doorway to a passage on the left.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 18th century, two storey and attic, stucco lined and painted, first floor band, plinth. Pantile roof, eaves cornice, two gabled casement dormers. Three windows at first floor, with exposed frames, and now with centre glazing bars only. Wood shop front of about 1830 with channelled pilasters. Separate doorway, left, to passage.
Moyshiel Restaurant [NHER 47439], Nos 44 and 48 [NHER 47866], Nos 50 to 54 (even) [NHERs 47418, 47769 and 47664], Nos 60 to 78 (even) [NHERs 47440, 47419, 47421, 47768, 64641, 47767 and 64642] and Courtyard [NHER 32080] form a group."
