"18th century, flint with red brick dressings. Two storey. Formerly two cottages. Two near-flush frame sash windows, at each floor, with glazing bars.
No 21 [NHER 47774], Wisteria Cottage [NHER 47452] and No 33 [NHER 46666] form group with the Wain [NHER 47453]."
