Summary

Formerly the Waggon and Horses Inn, now a private house, this is an 18th century and later building, one storey high with an attic and two dormer windows. A former outbuilding is connected at the rear.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Formerly known as Waggon and Horses Inn.
18th century, altered to private residence. One storey and attic, flint with red brick dressings. Two dormer casements. Two near flush frame sash windows at ground floor with glazing bars, one being two-light. Former outbuilding connected
at rear. Interior: two-panel doors with wrought hinges. Hewn chamfered beams, and roof members.
No 21 [NHER 47774], Wisteria Cottage [NHER 47452] and No 33 [NHER 46666] form group with the Wain".
