Summary

Formerly The Lawns, a probably late 18th century three storey rendered and limewashed house. It has a central wood doorway with pilasters, an added verandah and a one storey projection to the right. There is also a two storey wing to the north.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Formerly The Lawns. Probably late 18th century. Three storey, three windows, south, rendered and limewashed. Flush frame sash windows now with centre glazing bars only. Central wood doorcase with pilasters. Added glazed verandah. One storey projection right with bow casement. Two storey wing to north. Renamed in 1963.
Bishop Ingle's House [NHER 47454] and [Clubbs House] [NHER 46669] form a group with Nos 1 and 6 Cottage Yard [NHERs 46670 and NHER 46671] and Front Wall and Piers of Cottage Yard [NHER 64644]."
