June 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably early 18th century altered pair, two storey and attic, stucco, lined and painted. Brick toothed eaves band. Pantiles. Two casement dormers with glazing bars, two flush frame sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor sash windows now with centre glazing bars only.
Nos 4 and 6 [NHER 47836] and Nos 20 to 26 (even) [NHERs 47457 and 46664] form a group."
