Listing Description excerpt:
"Early 19th century, two storey, rendered and pebbledash. Two flush frame, sash windows at first floor, with glazing bars to upper sashes remaining. Splay bay window each side at ground floor. Central six-panel door. Wood porch with Doric columns. Wide eaves soffit with shaped brackets.
All the listed buildings in The Buttlands (West Side) form a group and also with Yew Tree House and House adjoining [NHER 41170]."
