Mid 19th century cottage. Flint with red brick dressings. Black-glazed pantile roof with coped gable ends. Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Original mid 19th century cottage was 2 bays wide with later 19th century one bay addition. Total 3 bays. Sashes with glazing bars. Ground floor left modern casement. Two modern glazed doors. Modern lean-to on left.
