"Cottage. Mid 19th century. Brick with flint gable walls. Pantile roof. Irregular plan. Facade of three bays, two storeys. 20th century casements. 20th century central brick porch. Rusticated quoins. Parapet gables. Internal gable end stacks. Tumbling-in to gables."
