Listing Description Excerpt:
"Cottage. Late 18th century. Walls plaster rendered flint. Roof of red pantiles. Two storey, three bays. Ground floor two sash windows, glazing bars. First floor two sash windows, glazing bars thicker, panes smaller. 20th century door, pentice porch. Brick cornice, hipped roof, central stacks. Return flint, formerly rendered, brick quoins."
