Listing Description Excerpt:
"Mid 19th century. Flint with red brick dressings. Pantiled roof. Yellow brick string course. Two storeys. Sashes, widely spaced. Glazing bars in No 30. Segmental heads to ground floor openings. Chimney stacks placed centrally and at each gable. Later lean-to on north side with cast-iron Gothic window."
