Summary

This late 18th century house is of brick with a roof of black glazed pantiles. It is arranged in three bays over two storeys, with a gable parapet and gable end chimney stacks with dog-tooth cornicing to the caps.

"Brook House, The Street.
House, late 18th century. Brick. Black glazed pantiles. Three bays, two storeys. Dentil cornice of upright headers. Platband. Gable parapet. Gable end stacks, the shafts with dog tooth cornice to caps. Sashes with moulded exposed boxes under finely jointed skew back arches with rendered keystones."
