Summary

An 18th century three storey rendered building with a pantile roof, one casement window at the first and second floor and a first floor cast iron balcony of about 1825. On the ground floor, a wood shop front projects slightly.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"18th century, three storey, rendered, one casement window at first and second floors. Cast iron first floor balcony balustrade of about 1825. Pantile roof, wide eaves soffit. Slightly projecting wood shop front.
Numbers 1 to 9 (odd) and Former Girl's School form a group."

The grid reference associated with (S1) has been corrected.
When Listed in September 1972, the location of this building was incorrectly recorded as TG 28193 30258. It has been moved approximately 12m to the N of this point and is now located at TG 28194 30270, 3 Market Street.
