September 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably early 19th century, three storey, two windows at first and second floors, sash with glazing bars Stucco, lined and painted. Pantile roof. Early 19th century wood shop front with central recessed entrance and extra entrance left."
