February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"Mid 19th century. Yellow brick. Hipped black-glazed pantile roof. Corner brick pilasters; three storeys. Three windows, centre projects slightly. Sashes without glazing bars, straight stone heads, Centre first floor round-headed sash. Central round-headed doorway in recess with semi-circular fanlight, glazed and panelled door. Stuccoed plinth."
