February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century. Painted brick. Black-glazed pantile roof with gable ends. Moulded brick eaves cornice; 2 storeys-and attic. First floor 4 sashes without glazing bars, flat brick arches. Ground floor 2 projecting modern shop fronts. Two attic dormers with flat roofs, cornices and sashes with glazing bars."

The mapped location of this designation record has been corrected.
When Listed in February 1979 this record was located at TF 92015 29635. This placed it at only on No. 2 Market Place, Fakenham. It has been moved approximately 8m to the south-west of this point and is now located at TF 92008 29631, between Nos 2 and 3, Market Place, Fakenham.
