Listing Description excerpt:
"18th century stuccoed house with newly tiled hipped roof with moulded eaves; two storeys. North elevation three windows, centre projects slightly, right hand blind, sashes with glazing bars. Central doorway in moulded architrave...Adjoining south early 19th-century painted brick addition; hipped slate roof; three storeys; large sashes with glazing bars. Adjoining east facing Tunn Street, early 19th-century red brick addition now divided into flats: low pitched hipped slated roof; three storeys; north end one sash with glazing bars to each floor with flat rubbed brick arches. East elevation facing Tunn Street: five windows to each floor, all blind but for two on ground floor..."
