Summary

This single house used to be three plastered flint cottages. The north two cottages were probably built in the 18th or early 19th century. The south cottage is 17th century flint with a 19th century red brick front.

Now one dwelling, formerly 3 cottages. At right angles to road. The north 2, probably 18th or early 19th century. Plastered flint. Pantile roof with gabled ends. Two storeys, 3 widely spaced windows. Small 2-light casements with glazing bars. Two doorways. Right hand with entablature and glazed and panelled door, left hand simple boarded door. Brick chimney stack off centre. The south cottage at road end: 17th century flint with 19th century red brick front; steep pantile roof with coped gable ends; brick dentil eaves. One storey and attic; one window, sash with glazing bars; attic dormer with sash with glazing bars and segmental-shaped roof.
