September 1972. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description excerpt:
"18th or 19th century, two storey, three sash windows at first floor with glazing bars and flat heads with keys. Reeded wood doorcase with roundels, door with glazed upper half. Stucco, lined and painted. Flank pilasters. Pantile roof."
