A probably 18th-century detached painted stucco building with a steeply pitched pantile roof. It has a wooden shop front with an entrance at the corner.

Listing Description excerpt:
"Probably 18th century, detached building set back from internal angle, two storey, stucco, painted. Steep pantile roof, hipped. Sash window at first floor, east with glazing bars and key to stuccoed flat arch. Wood shop front with entrance at corner formed with splayed recess."
