Summary

Rookery Farmhouse dates to the late 18th century, and is constructed of brick in two storeys with four bays and a thatched roof. The farmhouse has a single storey extension to the east and a gabled façade and roof of black glazed pantiles all dating to the 19th century.

Listing Description Excerpt:
"Farmhouse. Late 18th century. Brick with thatched roof. Two storeys in four bays. Four French windows to ground floor, three under gauged skewback arches and one under segmental gauged arch. Four sashes to first floor, all with glazing bars. Gabled roof. Internal end stacks and central ridge stack."
