February 1979. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Mid 19th century. Flint cobbles with red brick dressings. Pantile roof with coped gable ends. Brick dentil eaves; 2 storeys. Three windows. Sashes with glazing bars. Central glazed door with rectangular fanlight. Ground floor window and door openings have segmental heads."
