January 1977. Listed, Grade II.
Listing Description Excerpt:
"Early 19th century. Stuccoed. Pantile roof with gable ends, and overhanging eaves. 3 storeys. 4 windows, sashes with glazing bars. 1st floor large bay windows of sashes with rounded corners and cornices."
